Version 1.0, 15 August 2026.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The service is operated from the Russian Federation and governed by Russian law. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
These Terms are concluded between the owner of
isolated-islands.mateshev.space — Evgeny Dmitrievich Mateshev,
self-employed (professional income tax payer), TIN [УКАЖИТЕ ИНН] (the
"Administration") — and any person using the site and the browser game
Isolated Islands (the "Game").
Registering an account or using the Game means you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you disagree, do not use the Game.
As regards paid subscriptions (section 3), these Terms constitute a public offer within the meaning of article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: paying for a subscription accepts that offer.
Basic access to the Game is free. Certain features may be provided under a paid subscription — see section 3.
The Game is provided "as is": the Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of game progress, absence of errors, or compatibility with any particular device. The game world may be updated, changed or reset completely at any time, including when a new season begins.
Game objects, currency, progress and achievements are not property, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. By paying for a subscription you pay for access to service features for the subscription period, not for game items.
What you pay for. A subscription grants access to additional features of the Game for the chosen period. The features, duration and price of each subscription are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase; the price displayed to you before payment is the price that applies.
How to pay. Payments are accepted through a payment service. Card details are entered on its side and are not passed to the Administration (see the Privacy Policy). After payment, the Administration sends you a receipt generated in the Russian Federal Tax Service's "Moy Nalog" service to the email address given at registration.
When access starts. The subscription is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed. The service therefore begins with your consent before any withdrawal period expires.
Renewal. A subscription is renewed only by a new payment from you. There is no automatic charging; should it be introduced, you will be warned in advance and will be able to turn it off in your account settings.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel a subscription at any time. On cancellation, the price of the unused period is refunded pro rata to the remaining full days, less costs actually incurred by the Administration (art. 32 of the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", art. 782 of the Civil Code). Send your request to support@mateshev.space from the address used at registration; the refund is made within 10 days by the same method the payment was made.
You are refunded in full if the subscription was not provided through the Administration's fault — for example, a paid feature never worked.
No refund is made for the period during which the subscription was actually in effect, or where the account is blocked for breach of the rules in section 6: in that case the service ends through your fault and the amount paid for the current period is not returned.
Minors. If you are under 18, you may pay for a subscription only with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian.
Disputed charges and receipt questions are handled on request to support@mateshev.space; we reply within 10 days. A pre-court step is required: before going to court or asking the payment service to reverse a charge, write to the Administration — most issues are resolved by a refund.
Playing requires an account: an email address, an in-game name and a password.
You undertake to:
Your in-game name is visible to other players. Do not use other people's real names, insults, or names implying a connection with the Administration.
In in-game chats and any text visible to other players, the following is prohibited:
Technically prohibited: interfering with the operation of the Game, using third-party software to automate actions, probing and exploiting vulnerabilities for advantage, and creating load that disrupts other players.
If you find a vulnerability, report it to support@mateshev.space instead of using it. No sanctions follow a good-faith report.
For breaking the rules the Administration may, without prior notice, delete a message, restrict chat access, block or delete an account, or roll back or reset game progress.
The Administration will tell you the reason for a block on request. If you believe it is mistaken, write to support@mateshev.space and the decision will be reviewed; if the block is lifted, an active subscription is extended by the time you were unable to play.
No compensation is provided for lost game progress: game objects and achievements have no monetary value and are not property. What happens to money paid for a subscription in case of a block is described in section 3.
Rights in the code, graphics, texts and design of the Game belong to the Administration. They may not be used outside the Game without permission.
By sending a message to an in-game chat you permit the Administration to store it and show it to other players as part of running the Game. The rights in the message itself remain yours.
Data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The Administration is not liable for: interruptions in the Game and loss of game progress; the actions of other players, including the content of their messages; damage caused by third-party access to your account; or the operation of third-party services and communication channels.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — in particular, liability to a subscriber as a consumer for failure to provide, or improper provision of, a paid service.
The Administration may amend these Terms. The current version is always at
/en/terms.html; material changes are announced on the Site. By continuing to
use the Game after a change, you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court. A subscriber acting as a consumer may choose the court at their place of residence or stay (art. 17 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"); these Terms do not restrict that right.
Age rating of the Game: 12+.
